Lamination Types
Lamination comes in three distinct textures, each lamination gives a very different texture to the print.
Matt lamination provides a subdued, non-reflective finish with a smooth texture. It is frequently used for applications like brochure covers. It also adds appeal and luxury whilst protecting the ink from cracking.
Gloss lamination offers a high-shine surface similar to glossy magazine covers.
Velvet lamination gives a luxurious matte finish with a soft, almost velvety texture. It’s commonly chosen for items like packaging and product guides.
