Pump up, is an endurance weight training workout toning every major muscle group in your body. This low impact resistance class聽uses barbells, dumbbells and medicine balls.
The class works muscle groups in the following sequence:
- Warm-up.
- Legs
- Chest (lying on the bench top)
- Back
- Triceps (sometimes lying on the bench top)
- Bicepts
- Lunges
- Shoulders
