Senior Officer (Leasing Administration)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Leasing Administration team to support all facets of leasing operation across all sectors of the investment properties portfolio. He / She will assist in reports preparation, compliance and management of internal operation procedures, daily leasing administrative works, documents control and ad hoc projects as assigned in collaboration with the other functional sectors and/or departments.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 5 years' relevant experience preferably in sizeable organizations or property developers
Strong sense of urgency, a team player and able to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Good command in English, Chinese and Putonghua
Well-organized, good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and independent
Assistant Manager/Manager – Project Management
Responsibilities
We are searching for a dynamic and seasoned Assistant Manager/Manager for Project Management with solid experience in developing and managing CRM programmes, specifically on data architecture, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), marketing automation, digital platforms and mobile app projects. This individual should demonstrate proficiency in project management, a strategic and business-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving with both technical expertise and a deep understanding of business operations.
In this role, the key responsibilities will include aligning project activities, resources, and various stakeholders to ensure timely project completion while engaging with cross-functional teams and external vendors to gather requirements that align with broader business goals. With a continuous drive to enhance processes, he/she will proactively monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to ensure successful outcomes while managing project budgets and resources efficiently to optimise results.
The successful candidate will need to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management and technical innovations. By adhering to project management methodologies and industry standards, he/she will play a critical role in driving project success and innovation within the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in CRM implementation & integration and project management
Proven experience in project management, particularly in backend data architecture, CDP, marketing automation tools, digital platforms, and mobile app projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Excellent communication, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, and with a good team player mindset
Able to clearly articulate business processes and ideas verbally and in writing
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English are essential
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
