上海project controller岗位职责

What are my responsibilities?
As project Controller, you will work in a team with traction head of project controller, site controller, project manager.
You are required to ensure accuracy of actual estimate to complete of Work Packages at the SATEE unit level, ensure the economic financial management of the work packages, following company procedures ensuring risks opportunities are managed to optimise the project financial targets support the project management.
Your responsibilities include:
Comply EHS policy
Ensure accuracy of actual data forecast of each work package, provide periodical analysis on material, labour, fees etc.
Creation of deviation analysis(eg. Actual VS Budget, Actual VS rolling forecast)
Budget /F1/F0 planning
Control the financial performance of the project propose action plans to improve contract margin
Raised "Early Warnings" in the project core meeting to increase management attention.
Improve accuracy on forecasts, revenue, cash, cost,
Challenge approve Project Financials as per DoA.
Provide confirmation of Internal Transfer Pricing policies to procurement fthe issuance of internal purchaseders.
Control the interflows of Internal purchasedders.
Cooperate with other expert functions (e.g. legal, tender, Operational.).
Support PM in risks opportunities process sign-off contingencies/committed savings.
Ensure customer invoicing is done as soon as possible play an active role in achieving payment from customer in the due time.
Respect of Transport Project processes tools
Specially follow-up the implementation of cash improvement actions/
Control the budget of the project manage the allocation process of Work Packages

What do I need to qualify fthe this job?
You are a member of the Project Core Team you are required to have good communication skills to work with both internal peers .

Minimum qualifications：
Bacheldegree above in finance
5-10 years’ experience in a MNC on controlling / costing, preferably in an industrial site
Microsoft Office master user

Preferred qualifications：
Good analytical synthetic skills - able to analyze, evaluate process information data
Able to influence, challenge engage people in a diplomatic manner

1、代表财务部门，协助项目管理部做好财务管理工作；
2、负责建立各项研发费用的核算制度，确保研发费用全面、合理归集；
3、负责建立研发费用的预算、预测制度，分析超支费用的合理性；
4、负责审批各类研发采购合同以及采购申请；
5、牵头制订公司研发费用内控管理制度，优化项目管理流程；
6、参与销售报价、研发费用加计扣除、政府补贴申请等，提供研发相关数据支持；
7、完成领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、财务、会计、金融、投资、管理等专业本科以上学历； 
2、5年以上财务工作经历，其中至少2年的项目财务或者project controller经历；
3、出色的组织、协调、沟通能力；
4、思路清晰，表达严谨，廉洁自律，有自驱力；
5、具备良好的团队合作精神，能承受较大工作压力。

Project Finance Calculation
Develop maintain solid financial model fG2 & G3 gate review inder to...
(1) Support business counterparts e.g. Sales & Marketing to have appropriate pricing, engineering KPI (cycle time, OEE etc.).
(2) Help management to make Go/No Go decision with fair assessment at Project Approval Committee.
(3) Set reasonable budget to build up basis flater processes validation.

Project Finance Controlling
(1) Responsible fproject CER submission inder to facilitate approval on time to avoid negative impact on business.
(2) Monitcapital spending per corporation with Plant Finance inder to restrict within budget.
(3) Manage I/O closure once project passed G6 inder to avoid I/O usage fdifferent purpose.

Project Finance Verification
(1) financials at G4/G5 (any significant date change case) inder to assess financial impact from the change.
(2) Develop G6 gate review CER post Audit report inder to assess the actual performance against G3 = CER target identify the reason of gap.

New Cost Verification
(1) Estimated the new part number cost inder to verify whether it is in line with CER assumption

Project/Product Analysis
(1) Analyze low / negative margin product (not only in Suzhou but also other manufacturing location including oversea) inder to support selling price justification.
(2) Simulate next fiscal year margin level fSuzhou products based on Annual cost progress inder to avoid unnecessary conflict confusion at sales & marketing side once new fiscal year starts.
