Concerted practice (Ro.: practici concertate, Fr.: pratiques concert茅es, n.f.pl.,聽Gr.: 蟽蠉渭蟺蟻伪尉畏 蔚蟺喂蠂蔚喂蟻萎蟽蔚蠅谓, Cz.: jedn谩n铆 sout臎啪itel暖 ve vz谩jemn茅 shod臎) 聽(See also: abuse of dominant position, anticompetitive deals) = all co-ordination between two or more parties without having an agreement or substitute, with knowingly practical co-operation between undertakings for the risks of competition.
