Punctuality involves being on time and not being late. The document discusses how to manage time wisely to be punctual using the 3 P's: plan, prioritize, and prepare. Plan by making a short to-do list of no more than 3-5 tasks and avoid time wasters. Prioritize by arranging tasks from simple to difficult. Prepare ahead by doing tasks early to avoid last minute rushing and traffic issues. Being punctual requires planning, prioritizing and preparing ahead of time.

Punctuality: What is it? • Punctual (adjective) – punctus [Latin] • Being able to complete a required task or fulfill an obligation before or at a previously designated time • Being on time • Not being late
How can I be punctual? •Plan •P •Prioritise •P •Prepare •P
1. Plan • Make a list of things to do – Remember KISS • Keep It Short and Simple – List only 3-5 things – Avoid putting routines – Avoid time wasters
2. Prioritise • Priority (noun) • Put important things first • Arrange: – simple on top – difficult at the bottom
3. Prepare Ahead • Be an early bird • Do quick mental recall • Avoid – last minute preparations – rush hour – traffic jams
Let’s Review… • Punctuality – Be on time – Not being late • 3 P’s: 1. Plan 2. Prioritise 3. Prepare Always be punctual.
